El buen mantenimiento, importante en reactivación económica

After the economic impact derived from the pandemic, it is projected that at the end of 2021, Colombia's GDP will grow 7.3% with good performance in various sectors. Therefore, it is of vital importance that the country's companies comply with an integral maintenance of their facilities both to guarantee the well-being of their work team and preserve the suitability of the infrastructures and to maintain their competitive capacity in the face of economic reactivation.

Grupo EULEN, a company specialized in maintenance with more than 20 years of presence in Colombia, offers some considerations to companies and companies to take into account for the total reactivation of their business, in various sectors of the economy, such as finance, health, tourism and construction.

The companies that must perform maintenance in the face of economic reactivation are those that have properties such as shopping centers, office buildings, hotels, banking, health and sports centers. In addition, such maintenance must be preventive, corrective and conductive, with supervision and control of the execution of maneuvers. Nor should it be forgotten to carry out the corresponding maintenance using CMMS (Computer Aided Maintenance Management) systems.

Considering that ISO standards raise the levels of quality, safety, and efficiency, Colombian companies should also consider complying with these international standards to ensure their efficiency in economic reactivation, and follow up correspondingly for ISO 50001, ISO 14000, ISO 9000, and EVO (Efficiency Valuation Organization) management certifications, among others.

"EULEN Colombia offers companies in the country a comprehensive infrastructure maintenance service, because we have all the human, technical and material resources to do so. We also offer maintenance solutions adapted to the needs of each client and each sector, adjusting to their activity and scope. And we focus on performing quality control to ensure compliance with current regulations. It is important that the entire business conglomerate unites and contributes its grain of sand so that together we achieve economic reactivation in Colombia," said Carlos Quintero, General Manager of the company.
