United States. The ISSA Show North America 2024 announced the winners of the Innovation Awards Program, which highlights the latest new products and solutions revolutionizing the global cleaning industry, which were announced on November 20 as part of the event.

The group, which is evaluated by a panel of industry leaders, including representatives from key councils, committees and organizations from across the sector, as well as an industry editor and a purchasing group representative, selects one winner in each category and two honorees.

* Automation Innovation and Equipment of the Year: Nilfisk's SC25 autonomous scrubber dryer won the top prize. Other honorees include Robovox Distributions GmbH, for its ZACO X1000 robot vacuum, and Sparkoz Technology Corp. for its TN10 cleaning systems.

* Business Technology & Digital Services of the Year: Otuvy Inc. received the award for its Otuvy operating software. Honorees in this category include the CleanSmart Academy animated training kit and Janitorial Manager's cleaning management system.

* Innovation of the Year in Facility Care Products: Airbotx was awarded for its Airbotx 390X air purifier. Among the winners are the cylindrical polishing tools from Diamabrush and CLR PRO MAX™ for their industrial water softener.

* Innovation of the Year in Hygiene Solutions: OPHARDT Hygiene won the award for its PRAESIDIO® hand sanitizer dispenser. Among the winners are the GP PRO enMotion® paper towel dispensers with ECON mode and the HyGo mobile cleaning station from Remco, Vikan Co.

* Environmental and sustainability innovation: CloroxPro's Pine-Sol multi-surface cleaner took home the award, and honorees include ABCO Products Inc. for its DSOLV soluble non-plastic bags and ONYX Solutions for the SXi lithium-ion battery floor machine.

Participating exhibitors showcase products and technologies that have made an impact on the commercial, institutional, and residential cleaning community by addressing key challenges that industry professionals seek to solve in daily operations, while also protecting and prioritizing occupant health.
