International. Betterware de Mexico has expanded into the U.S. market as Betterware U.S. The specialist brand in cleaning and household products will be based in Dallas, Texas.
International expansion is one of the cornerstones of Betterware's growth strategy and the launch in the U.S. coincides with the company's multi-year period of steady organic growth.
The decision to expand to the United States was a natural choice due to its proximity to Mexico and an untapped customer base that already has some familiarity with the brand. The company carefully chose Dallas as its U.S. headquarters because of the city's superior distribution network and access to Texas' growing talent pool. Betterware's global CEO, Andres Campos, believes that expansion in the United States is key to unlocking further growth.
"For more than 29 years, we have managed to provide value and quality in the consumer products we manufacture, limited only by our geographic location," said Campos. "Our knowledge of the industry reinforces our belief that American consumers will continue to look for well-designed products to simplify their lives.
In particular, Dallas has always been an entrepreneur-friendly city and home to some of the most respected direct selling organizations and Fortune 500 companies. Coinciding with the launch of Betterware's direct-to-consumer business, it will also expand its direct selling arm to its headquarters in Dallas, as well as to San Antonio and McAllen.
