Colombia. The next edition of CleanTec & FM Days Colombia 2025 , which will be held on July 3 in Bogotá, will bring together experts, leading companies and experts in the cleaning, disinfection and infrastructure sector in an intensive day of technical training, business opportunities and strategic training.  

With a pragmatic vision and a detailed programme, the event becomes an essential platform to acquire specialized knowledge and improve the efficiency of equipment in different industrial sectors.

Specialized talks

One of the main attractions will be the series of 30-minute technical-commercial sessions, led by sponsors and industry leaders, which will cover topics ranging from automation and the use of intelligent enzymes, to management in varying contexts and the progress of service management in Latin America.

 The day begins with a meditation on the challenges present in supervising cleaning crews."  Leading the team means ensuring that the work is carried out effectively and according to the standards set," said speakers Richard Ivan Soriano (ADSPro), Juan Camilo Afanador (Asohost) and María del Pilar Rodríguez (Fenaseo).

Automation will also play a leading role in programming. In the talk on automated equipment, David López Romero (KOBLENZ) will highlight how "the automation of cleaning methodologies is essential to increase productivity and reduce operating costs".

Enzymes, sustainability and innovation in hygiene

One of the most anticipated scientific sessions will present the results of tests with liquid detergents formulated with Cleanzyme enzymes. "Its efficacy will be analyzed under different pH conditions and water hardness levels," explained Marcos Roberto Bettani (Brenntag).

Sustainability will also be a cross-cutting axis. At the joint conference of Solvay and ATC Biocides, solutions such as the AUGEO® Clean Multi line and ACTYBIO® antimicrobial preservatives will be presented. Valeria Jorge, MCassab Group and Gabriela Viloria of Pacto Andino will talk about how these developments make it possible to "guarantee microbiological stability even under different application conditions".

Facility management, leadership and artificial intelligence

From the management component, Samuel Leonardo Villamizar (Fundación Universitaria San Martín) will address the need to develop leadership competencies for changing organizational environments, while Juan Daniel García Castaño (Ágora Bogotá) will analyze the transformation of facility management in Latin America towards more efficient and sustainable models.

Innovation will also be applied to team building. Jonathan Andrés Correa (Brivé Soluciones) will show live how to use artificial intelligence to identify talent gaps and improve productivity. "Attendees will have a hands-on experience validating value and applicability, and will receive a free license of Evaluatest IA for 14 days," he explained.

Professionalization and well-being of human talent

The day also includes spaces to reflect on the value of operational work. "Cleaning and maintenance are fundamental pillars for the operation of any institution," said María del Carmen Penagos (SENA Antioquia), who will address the professionalization of cleaning personnel as a way to efficiency and recognition.

For her part, Sonia Serrano (Comfacundi) will highlight how the compensation fund can become a strategic resource to enhance well-being and productivity: "We can discover that it is an incredibly valuable tool to promote the well-being and productivity of companies".

The cost ofadmission is COP $130,000 + VAT per individual, with an active promotion: for every three tickets purchased, the fourth is free of charge.
