Latin America. In the 2025 edition of the CALA Awards, a special recognition was granted in the Professional Cleaning category, highlighting projects that integrate technology, sustainability and efficient operation in urban, corporate and commercial spaces.

This year, CleanTec Show Americas recognized the work of Tecnovap Latinoamérica SAS, for its innovation in the automation of the professional cleaning process through the implementation of the Robot Scrubber 50 at the Centro Mayor Shopping Center, in Bogotá, Colombia.

Andrea Ochoa, CALA Awards project manager, said: "The special recognition of CleanTec Show Americas 2025 goes to Tecnovap Latinoamérica SAS, for its outstanding work in the automation of the professional cleaning process through the implementation of the Robot Scrubber 50. The Robot Scrubber 50 operates autonomously, integrating mopping, drying and vacuuming in a single step, managed in real time from the cloud, with more than 20 sensors, cameras and safety protocols. This innovation reduces the need for multiple machines and operating personnel, consolidating the entire process into a single system controlled by a single operator.
