Colombia. The company of Camisas y Pantalones Monarca, which is dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of casual, informal, sports, industrial and school clothing, has published that the use of the UniMac GW200 industrial washing machine has managed to streamline its production by 200%.
The initial need for the industrial washing machine is because Monarca has an integrated laundry for its production, since in the washing area "fabulous processes are carried out that completely change the way of perceiving a garment". This means that washing is part of the manufacturing process and provides added value to your products.
As stated by the company on its website "being a digital machine, it does the entire washing and dyeing process practically alone, since it has dispensers which saves time in the process and decreases by 0% the possibility that dyes, acids or enzymes can stain a garment. "
Additionally, Monarca also confirmed that it offers 48 fully customizable cycles, in which water levels can be programmed, since it has integrated the OPTISPRAY system reducing water consumption up to 39%, reducing cycle times up to 12% and leaving 22% less residual chemical agents from washing, which translates into reducing water and energy costs for the company.
An important fact is that this industrial washing machine is floating, so it can be installed anywhere and at variable height. Another feature is that it is lightweight and contains an integrated suspension that reduces vibration and noise, maximizing performance and durability, thus reducing maintenance costs.
"In addition to this spectacular washing machine, we have acquired a second dryer brand GIRBAU REF. ED660, with energy and gas savings; It has a capacity of 35 kilos which allows to match the production of the GW200 washing machine, and thanks to its technology that has integrated fans which extract the heat from the garments, thus allowing easy handling". Monarch assured.
Finally, the company commented that it believes in progress "and that is why in recent years we have renewed our machinery almost 100%, to facilitate the lives of our operators thus allowing each of the processes of our garments to flow more efficiently".
